Every diamond DLV sets is grown by chemical vapour deposition. We say it on the header, on the product page and on the invoice, because a diamond you have to ask about is not a diamond you can be proud of.

What are lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds created in a laboratory rather than mined from the earth. The process mimics the conditions under which diamonds form naturally over millions of years. Ours are grown by chemical vapour deposition, which the trade shortens to CVD.
They are physically, chemically and optically the same as mined diamonds. Neither a jeweller nor a gemologist can tell the difference by eye.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order, which takes about 10 working days. After it is dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 4 business days to the metro cities and 10 to 12 business days elsewhere in India.
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, which is why a piece can be made in the karat and colour you choose rather than the one that happened to be in stock.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A diamond is a diamond because of what it is made of, not because of where it came from. Lab-grown and mined diamonds share the same crystalline structure of carbon atoms, so a lab-grown diamond is a real diamond.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free anywhere in India.
Can you tell the difference between lab-grown and mined diamonds?
Not by looking. A trained jeweller cannot tell them apart with the naked eye or an ordinary microscope. Only the specialised equipment in a gemological laboratory can identify how a diamond was made.
