This 0.764 carat round lab-grown diamond love knot pendant laces two loops through each other around a 0.5 carat round lab-grown diamond held in four prongs at the centre. The bands of the knot carry 44 round lab-grown diamonds in pavé between polished gold rims, and a ribbed gold bail on a small ring lets the pendant swing below it. As this piece is made to order, you can select from 18kt or 14kt gold in yellow, white, or rose. In yellow or rose gold, the pavé and the four prongs are finished in white between polished gold rims, as the pictures show. Lab-grown diamonds offer a lower-impact choice, with the same carbon and hardness as mined diamonds, but grown using chemical vapour deposition.
