This 2.247 carat round and marquise lab-grown diamond halo pendant centres on a 0.8 carat round lab-grown diamond in four prongs, circled by a ring of 19 round lab-grown diamonds in pavé. Beyond the ring, seven fans burst outwards: each is two marquise lab-grown diamonds sharing a prong at their inner points, with a round one in three prongs between their tips, and seven smaller round ones sit between the fans.
